Finding criminals is the work for police and
prosecutors, so they are given enormous power in the investigation. When we are
given that kind of power, we have to be careful about how to use it. If we use
it without thinking carefully, it will bring a different result which we do not
expect. I think the following incident is one of the examples. As a minister,
many people respect me and my action will affect the members. I have to reflect
on my action and need to be very careful. This example may be a small incident
for someone but it is ringing a bell and also an important lesson for
me.
